摘要
目的:建立痔宁洗液的制备工艺和质量标准。方法:对方中的苦参、黄柏、五倍子进行TLC鉴别。结果:各TLC图谱清晰,斑点明显且分离较好,R f值适中,重现性好。结论:所建立的方法准确可靠,可用于痔宁洗液的质量控制。
Objective： To establish the preparative technique and quality standard for Zhining cleansing solution. Method： The matrine, amoorcom tree bark, gallnut were identified with TLC. Result： All TLC atlas were clear, the spot was distinct with good separation, Rf value was suitable with good reproducibility. Conclusion： The method is accurate and reliable, can be used to control the quality of Zhining cleansing solution.
