摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定感冒止咳颗粒中葛根素的含量.方法Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);以甲醇-水溶液(28∶72)为流动相;检测波长为250nm,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,柱温:35℃.理论板数按葛根素峰计算应不低于4000.结果葛根素与其相邻杂质峰能完全分离,葛根素进样量在0.08822~0.4411μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R^2 =1.0000,平均加样回收率为97.66%,RSD=0.8017%(n=6).结论本方法操作简便,精密度好,结果准确可靠,可用于感冒止咳颗粒的质量控制.
Objective To establish a method for the determination of puerarin in Ganmao Zhike Granules by HPLC. Methods The C18column(4. 6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm) was adopted with the mobile phase of methanol-water(28∶72) at the flow rate o f 1. 0 m L·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 250 nm. Theoretical plate number should not be less than 4 000 according to the puerarin peak. Results The date showed that this method could clearly separate puerarin peak from its nearby impurity peaks,with a better linear range of 0. 008 82 ~ 0. 441 1 μg(R2= 1. 000 0),and the average recovery was 97. 66% and the RSD was 0. 801 7%(n = 6). Conclusion This method was simple,accurate and reliable,so it can be used for the quality control of Ganmao Zhike Granules.
