摘要
目的 :建立抗病毒胶囊中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相法 ,色谱柱为 YWG C1 8(2 5 0 mm× 4 .6 mm,10μm) ;甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (4 7∶ 5 3∶ 0 .2 )为流动相 ,流速为 1.0 ml/min,检测波长为 2 80 nm。结果 :黄芩苷在 0 .0 995～0 .796 0μg的范围内线性关系良好 ,r=0 .99998,平均加样回收率为 97.4 0 % ,RSD=0 .81%。结论 :该方法简便、快速、准确 ,可用于抗病毒胶囊的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a determination method for baicalin in Kangbingdu Capsules. Methods: HPLC with YWG C (18)(250×4.6, 10 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water H 3PO 4(47∶53∶0.2). The detection wavelength was at 280 nm. Results: There was good linear relationship between 0.099 5～0.796 0 μg, r=(0.999 98). The average recovery was 97.40% and RSD was 0.81%. Conclusion: This method is simple, quick, accurate and with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Kangbingdu Capsules.
