摘要
目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定消渴丸中葛根素的含量。方法色谱柱KromasilC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-3%醋酸(20∶80),检测波长:250nm。结果葛根素在0.360～1.80μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996,n=5),平均回收率为99.46%,RSD=0.76%(n=6)。结论该法操作简单、精密度高、重现性好,可作为控制消渴丸质量方法。
OBJECTIVE To determinate Pueranin in Xiaokewan by HPLC. METHODS Kromasil C18 Column was used with methanol： 3% Acetic Acid （20： 80）as mobile phase. Detection wavelength was set at 250nm. RESULTS Good Linearity of Pueranin was obtatined （ r = 0. 9996, n = 5 ） within the rang of 0.360 - 1. 80μg. The average recovery was 99.46%, repeatability was good, and RSD was 0.76% （ n = 6）. CONCLUSION The methodis simple, accurate and repeatabily, and can be used for the drug control.
