摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定珍菊降压片中氢氯噻嗪的含量。色谱柱为C18反相柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水溶液 (甲醇与水的体积比为 2∶3) ,流速为 0 .5mL/min ,检测波长为 2 77nm。氢氯噻嗪的质量浓度在 18.2 4~ 4 2 .5 6 μg/mL内与对应的色谱峰面积呈线性关系 ,测定结果的相对标准偏差为 0 .78% ,氢氯噻嗪的回收率为 99.93%。
The content of hydrochlorothiazide in Zhenjujiangya tablets was determined by HPLC. The determination was carried out with C 18 chemical bonded silica gel as the solid phase, methanol-water(2∶3) as the mobile phase and 277 nm as the detection wavelength. There was a good linear relationship between the concentration and the absorption area value in the range of 18.24~ 42.56 μg/mL hydrochlorothiazide. The RSD was 0.78(n=5), and the average recovery was 99.93%.
