摘要
目的建立通窍鼻炎片中欧前胡素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，C18-A色谱柱（伊利特200mm×4.6mm，5μm）；甲醇-水（55：45）为流动相；流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长为300nm。结果欧前胡素在0．0198～0．1782μg具有良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为97．04％，RSD为0．92（n=5）。结论本方法快速、简便，结果准确可靠，可用于通窍鼻炎片中欧前胡素的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of imperatorin in Tongqiaobiyan tablets. METHODS HPLC method was used. The column was C18-A （200 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm）. The mobile phase was methanol-water （55 ：45）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1, and imperatorin was determined at 300 nm,RESULTS In the range of 0. 019 8～0. 178 2μg, imperatorin was linear （r=0. 999 9）, with an average recovery of 97.04%, and RSD of 0. 92 （n=5）. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, fast and accurate for the analysis of imperatorin.
