摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定通窍鼻炎片中5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量。方法:Zorbax C18柱(250 mm×4．6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0．05％磷酸(16:84)流速1．0 ml·min-1;检测波长254 nm。结果:5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷在0．12- 0．61μg范围内,呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0．999 9,平均回收率为99．9％;RSD=0．4％(n=5)。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective： To develop a method for determination the content of 5-O-Methylvisammioside in Tongqiao Biyan Tablets by HPLC. Method： The Zorbax C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used;The mobile phase was the mixture of Acetonitrile - 0.05 % Phosphoric Acid （ 16： 84）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 ; The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Result： A good linear correlation of 5-O-Methylvisammioside was 0.12-0.61 μg. The average recovery was 99.4% with RSD 0. 4%. Conclusion： The method is conveinient, sensitive and accurate, It can be used for quality control of 5-O-Methylvisammioside in Tongqiao Biyan Tablets.
