摘要
目的探讨CBL结合多媒体教学法在介入放射学见习教学中的可行性及教学效果。方法将45名见习学生随机分为两组:常规教学组、CBL结合多媒体教学组,以理论考试和问卷调查作为评价方法评价效果。结果 CBL结合多媒体教学组的理论考试成绩优于常规教学组(P<0.05)。结论 CBL结合多媒体教学法可以提高学生分析问题和解决问题能力、自主学习能力、激发学习兴趣等,并且可以促进教师的教学水平的提高,可以用于介入放射学的见习教学。
Objective To study the feasibility and effectiveness of CBL in combination with multimedia teaching method in the teaching of interventional radiology. Methods 45 trainee students were randomly divided into two groups: conventional teaching group, CBL combined with multimedia teaching group, all students were evaluated with theoretical examination and questionnaire survey. Results The theory examination results of CBL in combination with multimedia teaching group were better than in traditional teaching group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The multimedia teaching method in combination with CBL can arouse the enthusiasm of students learning, cultivate their clinical thinking and promote their ability to analyze and solve problems. This method is suitable for the practice teaching of interventional radiology, and could be expanded in further teaching.
