摘要
CBL及翻转课堂是当前教育学研究热点。本研究以培养学生自主学习能力和临床思维为目标,在超声诊断学见习带教过程中,以超声科PACS系统为平台,将翻转课堂与CBL有机结合,构建基于CBL的翻转课堂,应用于超声诊断学见习带教,最大程度发挥超声诊断学课程中见习带教的桥梁作用。传统教学法仍具有重要意义,如何将新式教学法与传统教学法结合到一起,获得最佳的教学效果,是教学改革的重点。多种教学方式的有机结合有望完善超声诊断学教学过程,使之更加科学、合理,同时有效地优化超声诊断学见习带教模式,帮助学生理解见习带教内容,达到更好的教学效果。
CBL and flipped classroom are the hotspots of current educational research. In order to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability and clinical thinking, in the course of ultrasound diagnosis, we will transform the classroom and CBL organically to construct the CBL-based flip classroom, which is applied to the teaching and learning of ultrasound diagnosis. It is expected to improve the teaching process of ultrasound diagnostics through a variety of multi-mode combined teaching methods.The purpose is to make the teaching process more scientific and reasonable,so as to achieve better teaching effect.
