摘要 临床医学专业本科留学生(MBBS)与国内本科学生差异明显,存在教学困难较多,需要摸索适合留学生培养的新型教学模式。在医学影像学教学中,通过对传统教学模式的认真反思、充分总结,根据MBBS留学生的具体特点、硕士留学生的培养目标及实际需求,以MBBS留学生为中心,将硕士留学生纳入见习带教队伍,充分利用教学资源,将大课教师、见习教师、留学研究生进行充分串并联,重视共同学习、多渠道反馈机制,初步探讨循环式教学相长医学影像学教学模式,明显提高留学生学习主动性,教学满意度明显提高,同时建立一支自信的、有活力的医学影像学全英文教学团队。 There were obvious difference between Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) students and domestic undergraduates. New teaching model which was propitious to foreign students should be explored because of the teaching problems. In Medical Imaging teaching work, a new circulatory teaching model of mutual benefit and win for both MBBS students and foreign Master students was established based on the self-examination and summary of the traditional teaching model. This new model revolved around the MBBS students, which attached importance to the specific features of MBBS students and the teaching aims and actual demands of foreign Master students. Foreign master students were brought into teaching group which was a comprehensively circulatory team for improvement of study efficiency and establishment of multiform feedback mechanism. Because of this new model, learning initiative of the students increased, while satisfaction of students raised too. And a self-confident and active English medical Imaging teaching team was built.
