摘要
近年来,技术含量高、用途广、附加值高的高性能纤维纸成为研究热点。目前常见的用于制备高性能纤维纸的原料有芳纶、碳纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑纤维(PBO)、聚苯并咪唑纤维(PBI)、碳化硅纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维、玄武岩纤维等。加工方法主要分为湿法与干法两种。本文主要介绍了国内外在高性能纤维纸的研究、制备及应用等方面的一些进展,并对今后这一领域的研究重点进行了分析。
Recently, high-performance fiber-made paper has become a hot research topic thanks to its high technological content, wide applications and high added value. At present, the most commonly used high-performance fibers for paper-making include aramid fiber, carbon fiber, polyimide fiber, poly(p-phenylenebenzobisoxazole)(PBO) fiber, polybenzimidazole(PBI) fiber, silicon carbide fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) fiber, basalt fiber, etc. The paper can be made with either wet processing method or dry processing method. The article introduces the latest developments in the research, production and applications of high performance fiber-made both at home and abroad and analyzes the research emphasis in the future.
