摘要
以双酚A、甲醛和己二胺为原料合成了一种苯并噁嗪树脂,并利用FT-IR和差热分析与热重分析分别对其结构和热性能进行了表征和分析。结果表明,该苯并噁嗪树脂开环聚合后得到的聚苯并噁嗪具有良好的耐热性能。用此种苯并噁嗪树脂浸渍的PBO纸基材料,在其未完全固化的条件下,其纵、横向的裂断长也高达7.51km和6.82km,与用环氧树脂浸渍的PBO纸基材料的裂断长相当,但后者的纸张韧性没前者好。
A kind of benzoxazine was synthesized with bisphenol A,formaldehyde and hexamethylendiamine.Its structure was characterized by FT-IR,and the thermal stability was investigated by DSC and TGA.The result showed that the polybenzoxazine made by opening rings and polymerizing of this kind of benzoxazine,had good thermal stability.The breaking lengthes of machine direction and cross direction of the PBO paper drenched by this benzoxazine were as high as 7.51km and 6.82km even if the benzoxazine hadn't solidified completely.And compared with the PBO paper drenched by epoxy resin,its breaking length was not poorer,but its toughness was much better.
