摘要
重点介绍了目前几种具有较高国防、航空航天、军事用途的高性能有机纤维,包括芳纶纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维(UHMWPE)、聚对苯并咪唑纤维(PBI)、聚酰亚胺纤维(PI)、聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑纤维(PBO)及聚苯撑吡啶并二咪唑纤维(M5或PIPD)的结构特性、主要商品、主要厂商等,直观展示了这几种有机纤维的国内外生产现状,并展望了这几种有机纤维之后的技术、产品及应用情况。对比分析了这几种有机纤维的物理性能指标、主要优缺点以及应用领域,利于读者掌握有机纤维的性能、研究以及生产应用情况,辅助科研选题和材料应用。
Several kinds of high performance organic fibers with high national defense, aerospace and military applications were mainly introduced, including aramid fiber, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fiber (UHMWPE), polybenzimidazole fiber (PBI), polyimide fiber (PI), poly-p-phenylene benzobisthiazole fiber (PBO) and polyphenylene pyridine and imidazole fiber (M5 or PIPD). Besides, their structural characteristics, main products and main manufacturers were presented. The production status of these kinds of organic fiber production was visually demonstrated at home and abroad, and the technologies, products and applications of these organic fibers were prospected. Through comparative analysis of the physical properties, the main advantages and disadvantages as well as the application areas of these organic fibers, readers could master the performance, research and production applications of these organic fibers, and assist research topics and materials applications.
