摘要
通过UVB段紫外光辐照,PBO纤维在紫外老化过程中断裂强力的变化、表面形态的变化、纤维摩擦系数和接触角探讨纤维表层物理性能以及纤维在辐照过程中纤维分子结构的变化,研究PBO纤维的紫外老化机理。纤维经紫外光照射后力学性能大幅下降,20μW/cm^2照射200 h,纤维强力下降了40%,40μW/cm^2照射168 h,强力下降46%,纤维失去服用性能。PBO纤维的紫外老化首先从纤维的表层开始,表层分子结构遭到破坏,摩擦系数增加,纤维变粗糙,之后纤维口恶唑环开环,分子链断裂,表层剥落,最终剩下光滑致密疏水性强的PBO纤维芯层。
The physical properties of fiber surface and the molecular structure change of PBO fiber during the UVB irradiation were discussed according to the change of tensile strength, morphology, friction coefficient and contact angle, then the ageing mechanism was investigated. The tensile strength of PBO fiber decreases drastically after UV irradiation. The strength of the fiber decreases by 40% after 20 μW/cm^2 UVB irradiation for 200 h, and after 40 μW/cm^2 UVB irradiation for 168 h, the fiber strength declined by 46%, resulting the fiber lose the wearability. The UV-ageing of PBO fiber begins from the surface of fiber. Firstly the structure of surface is damaged, the friction coefficient increases resulting the fiber becomes rough, then the oxazole ring opens, the molecular chains breaks, and the surface of the fiber peels off, the smooth compact core layer with strong hydrophobicity of the fiber is left at last.
