摘要
研究了以镁铝水滑石为主的阻燃体系通过涂布工艺制备阻燃纸。对所选用的阻燃剂(镁铝水滑石、红磷、聚磷酸铵、硼酸锌等)进行组合使用,讨论了它们之间的协效作用,最终确定了优化的阻燃体系。结果表明:镁铝水滑石与红磷具有良好的协效作用,当镁铝水滑石用量90份、红磷用量10份时,阻燃纸具有良好的阻燃性能,炭化长度为50.9mm,续燃时间和灼燃时间分别为1.5s和4.1s;用氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝部分替代镁铝水滑石制备的阻燃纸阻燃性能虽有一定程度的降低,但仍能达到阻燃纸的要求。
The quality of fire-retardant paper prepared by coating a MgAl hydrotalcites-based flame retardant system was studied.Some of the major flame retardants,including microencapsulated red phosphorus,ammonium polyphosphate,zinc borate,and so on were used.The effective combination of the fire-retardants was discussed.Finally an effective fireretardant system was determined.The results show that the Mg-Al hydrotalcites and red phosphorus have a good synergistic effect,when the ratio of Mg-Al hydrotalcites to red phosphorus is 90 to 10.Fire-retardant paper has a good synergistic effect with the length of charring nearly 50.9 mm,and flaming time and glowing time are about 1.5s and 4.1s respectively.The properties of flame retardant paper prepared by magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide partially replace of Mg-Al hydrotalcites decrease slightly,but still meet the demands for fire-retardant paper.
