摘要
研究了以新型硅酸钙填料与阻燃剂三氧化二锑和十溴二苯乙烷协同作用,通过纸张表面涂布法制备阻燃箱纸板。对涂布原纸中淀粉的用量、涂布原纸中硅酸钙填料添加量、两种阻燃剂的配比、涂料中硅酸钙填料使用量以及涂布量进行实验。阻燃纸以淀粉用量为1.0%、原纸中硅酸钙填料添加量10%、三氧化二锑与十溴二苯乙烷配比为2∶1、涂料中硅酸钙填料用量为10%、涂布量为30g/m2为实验条件时,达到物理强度和阻燃性能的较好组合。
A study on a filler of novel calcium silicate working with antimony trioxide and decabromodiphenyl ethane synergy was explored for preparation of flame-retardant paper cardboard by coating. It was found that flame-retardant paper can get a good physical strength and a good effect of flame-retardant with conditions of the amount of 1.0% starch in pulp, dosage of calcium silicate filler of 10% added in base paper, antimony trioxide and decabromodiphenyl ethane ratio of 2 to I and dosage of 10% calcium silicate filler in coating color and 30g/m2 coating weight.
