纳米阻燃剂及其在造纸领域中的应用

摘要 相较于传统阻燃剂,纳米阻燃剂具有巨大的比表面积,在聚合物基体中具有良好的分散性,以极少的添加量就能使复合材料的阻燃性能得到明显提高。同时,鉴于纳米阻燃剂存在开发技术要求高、成品价格高等问题,在实际生产中人们更倾向采用传统阻燃剂和纳米材料进行复配,以达到协同提高阻燃效果的目的。本文综述了纳米阻燃剂的研究背景及特点,尤其是近年来纳米阻燃剂的分类、制备及其在造纸领域的应用和研究进展,对纳米阻燃剂走向工业化所面临的问题进行总结,并对其在性能改善及提升方面进行展望。 Compared with traditional flame retardants,nano flame retardants possess high specific surface area and good dispersion within polymer matrix.The flame retardant properties of the matrix can be significantly improved by adding a minor amount of nano flame retardant.Besides,as for the high technical requirements for the development of nano flame retardants and the high price of final products,people prefer to use the flame retardant composites combined with traditional and nano flame retardants for improving the flame retardancy of substrates.This paper briefly introduces the research background and properties of nano flame retardants.The classification and preparation of nano flame retardants in recent years,as well as their applications and research progress in the field of papermaking are also reviewed.The problems faced by the industrialization of nano flame retardants are summarized,and their performance improvement is also prospected.
