摘要
利用聚丙烯腈基(PAN)和沥青基(Pitch)碳纤维制备燃料电池的扩散层,借助XRD考察了不同热处理温度对扩散层电阻率的影响,同时研究了扩散层憎水处理前后电阻率与温度的特性,并对电阻率-温度曲线进行了线性回归分析。实验结果表明随着热处理温度的升高,PAN及Pitch基扩散层电阻率分别从0.021赘·cm,0.050赘·cm降低到0.012赘·cm,0.018赘·cm,d002减小,Lc变大。憎水处理前后的扩散层电阻率具有线性NTC效应。
Fuel cell electrode diffusion layer was produced with PAN-based and Pitch-based carbon fiber impregnated with phenol resin. The effect of different treated temperature on resistivity of diffusion layer was investigated by means of XRD. The correlation between resistance of treated and untreated layer with water-repellent and temperature was also given. The result showed that with treated temperature increasing, resistivity of PAN-based and pitch-based diffusion layer respectively decreased from 0.021 ?赘·cm and 0.050 ?赘·cm to 0.012 ?赘·cm and 0.018 ?赘·cm; and d002 decreased; however Lc increased. Moreover resistivity of diffusion layer treated and untreated with water-repellent showed linear negative temperature coefficient (NTC) effect.
