摘要
教师教育者作为教师之教师,其教学能力是具有自在特质的复杂能力集合体。基于德尔菲专家咨询、验证性因素分析等研究,发现教师教育者的教学能力可以分解为以3个主维度为逻辑主干的能力要素群。其中,"开展教学活动的能力"作为基础能力群指向教师教育者教"学"的需要;"聚焦教学的影响能力"是教师教育者独有的能力构成和最具专业化特点的部分,指向教师培养中教"教"与示"教"的需要;"研究发展教学的能力"是前二者发展的基础及内在支撑,根植于教师实践性反思、教学学术及教师教育者教学专业化发展需求之上。
The teaching competence of the teacher educator as the teacher of teachers is a complex of involved self-existing abilities. A analysis of verifiable elements based on consultations from Delphi experts finds the teaching competence of teacher educators can be classified into a group of ability factors with a three main dimension as their logical frame. Of these abilities, ＂the ability of carrying out teaching activities＂ as the group of essential abilities refers to the teacher educators＇ need for teaching the ＂learner＂ ; ＂the ability of influencing by focusing on teaching＂ as the teacher educators＇ exclusive ability and most professional part refers to the need for teaching ＂teachers＂ and exhibiting ＂how to teach＂ ; ＂the ability of researching developing teaching＂ as the foundation and internal support of the former two ability depends on the teacher educator＇ s needs for practical reflection, and development of teaching studies and teaching professionalization.
