摘要 依据陕西省师范类专业引导性评估指标体系,发现陕西理工大学地理师范专业存在学生认同度偏低、课程体系弱化、师资队伍结构性失衡、教育教学方法单一、教改成果不足等问题。针对问题,从专业认证角度出发,在优化培养方案、合理设置课程体系、调整师资结构、提高教学管理水平等方面提出了系统思路与方案。 Based on the guiding evaluation indicators of normal education majors in Shaanxi Province, this study finds that the geographical science major of Shaanxi University of Technology has some problems such as low professional recognition, weaker curriculum system, unbalanced teacher structure, single education and teaching methods, and insufficient educational reform results. From the perspective of professional certification, this study put forward systematic modes of thinking and plans for the university's geography teacher training in optimizing the training program, setting up the curriculum system, adjusting the teaching staff structure, and improving the management level.
