摘要
本文对2000-2018年中国知网收录的教师教育者相关研究文献做了系统梳理分析。通过分析来看,现有研究主要采用文献法、思辨法,缺少实证研究;研究内容主要涉及教师教育者的内涵、专业素养、专业角色、专业身份认同、专业发展;研究对象主要是以大学教师为研究对象。本文的工作为教师教育者研究提供了未来方向。
This paper systematically sorts and analyzes the related research literature of teacher educators collected by CNKI from 2000 to 2018. From the perspective of research methods, there are mainly literature and critical thinking methods. From the perspective of research content, it mainly involves the connotation, professional quality, professional role, professional identity and professional development of teacher educators. From the perspective of research object, the research object is mainly university teachers. This paper provides the future direction for teacher educators' research.
