摘要
教师教育者的核心专业知识是有关教师教育者如何向教师学习者传播教师教育课目内容知识的学问,核心专业素养是作为优异教学示范者的"示—教"、作为"学习教学"的教导与指导者的"教—教(学教)"和作为对教师学习者"学—教"和自己"教—教""教—学教"研究者的"研—教(学教)"能力。教师教育者核心素养的培育应重在促进其自觉增进角色能力、引导其积极开展教师教育学术研究,并且激励其积极提升基础教育素养。
The core professional knowledge for teacher educators refers to how teacher educators disseminate the contents of teacher education curriculum to learners,which can be regarded as the pedagogical content knowledge(PCK)in teacher education.The three major professional roles of teacher educators are the models of excellent teaching,the guide or instructor of learning to teach,and the researcher of how student or initial teachers learn to teach as well as how teacher educator themselves teach how to teach and how to learn teaching.Correspondingly,teacher educators should master the core professional knowledge in terms of setting an example of teaching,instructing and studying teaching and learning how to teach intensively.To cultivate the core professional competencies,it’s of great importance for teacher educators to define the role requirements and personal abilities,to actively carry out academic researches on teacher education,and to maintain close ties with basic education.
