摘要
[目的/意义]区域性科技创新资源的开放共享是备受各界关注的课题,但迄今为止尚未能有效解决。探明影响区域性科技创新资源共享的因素是解决该问题的首要前提。[方法/过程]将路径依赖与创新扩散理论引入到对区域性科技创新资源共享影响因素的分析中,抽取出影响区域性科技创新资源共享的若干核心因素。[结果/结论]建立了相应的影响因素模型,并依据影响因素模型提出了促进区域性科技创新资源共享的多维优化策略。
[ Purpose/Significance ] The issue of open sharing of the regional science and technology innovation resources in China is widely concerned nowadays, but there is difficulty solving the problem and no satisfactory solution so far. [ Method/Process] Exploring the influencing factors of the regional science and technology innovation resources sharing is the primary premise to solve the problem. This paper introduces the theories Of Path Dependence and Innovation Diffusion into the analysis process, extracts the key factors influencing the resource sharing. [ Result/Conduslon] It constructs the related influencing factors model, and proposes multi-dimensionally optimized strategies to promote the regional science and technology innovation resources sharing.
