摘要
万众创新时代,以科学、高效理念共享科技创新资源,充分发挥资源优势,已成为推进科技创新的必经之路。为此,研究从科技创新资源开发共享存在的问题出发,结合开放共享机制的构成要素,从创新共享环境、发挥技术优势和推进机制改革等视角出发,提出科技创新资源开放共享机制的构建路径。
In the era of mass innovation,it has been the only way to promote scientific and technological innovation by sharing scientific and technological innovation resources with scientific and efficient concepts and giving full play to resource advantages.Therefore,based on the existing problems in the development and sharing of scientific and technological innovation resources,it is put forward the construction path of the open sharing mechanism of scientific and technological innovation resources from the perspectives of innovating the sharing environment,giving full play to technological advantages and promoting mechanism reform by combining with the components of the open sharing mechanism.
