摘要
应用生态系统中的制约与应变概念,分析了技术创新主体在技术创新生态系统中所受到的制约,以及可以采取的应变策略。区域技术创新生态系统中的制约来自于系统内的制约因子,即技术因子、市场因子、生态环境因子和制度与政策因子。技术创新主体的应变策略是对各种“因子”变化的一种适应性自组。
Applying the concept of the restrictive factors and tors of various kinds in the regional technological innovation adaptation of ecology, this paper analysis the restrictive facecosystem （RTIE）, i.e. the technological factors, the market factors, the ecological environment factors as well as the administration System and policy factors, and how Technological Innovation Organization （TIO） cope with the changes of restrictive factors by adaptation strategies to these changes.
