摘要
随着公共文化服务体系建设的不断推进,基层图书馆承担着十分重要的基层社会服务功能。本文从服务基层的角度出发,论述基层图书馆在构建公共文化服务体系中所起到的基础作用,提出通过创新现行管理与服务模式,建立图书馆经费保障机制,拓展基层图书馆资源共享渠道等基层图书馆管理思路,为发挥基层图书馆的社会职责,保障基层群众享有公共文化服务的权利做应有的贡献。
With the development of the public culture service system, primary-level libraries have an important social service function.
