摘要
自从2009年我国颁布并开始实施《中华人民共和国食品安全法》以来,食品安全工作取得了良好的进展,其整体形势呈现出稳中向好的趋势,但是目前一些制约和影响我国食品安全的深层次问题和矛盾依然没有得到有效解决,食品安全形势不容乐观。要确保食品生产的安全,就必须建立一套完善的食品监管体系。该文通过分析食品安全监督管理体系存在的问题,查阅相关的法律法规和文献,参考西方国家的优秀经验,提出相应的对策,希望有助于完善并健全我国食品安全监督管理体系,使食品安全得到有力的保障。
Since 2009, the food safety law of the People's Republic of China issued and implemented, positive progress was made in China's food safety work, the food security situation in the overall stability good, but the influence and restrict the deep-seated contradictions and problems of food safety in our country has not been fundamentally solved, the food safety situation is still grim.To ensure the safety of the food production, we must establish a set of perfect food regulatory system. This dissertation will analyze the problem of food supervision system by reading related laws and bibliographies, taking ex-cellent experience of western countries for reference and coming up with related solutions, which aims to give some good ad-vises to perfect our food safety supervision system and improve our food safety guarantee.
