摘要
山西是典型的资源型经济省份,在当今我国经济发展中,把确保环境优良提到了首位,要求资源型的山西要发展经济必须转型,山西省委、省政府出台了转型方案,其中把发展农产品中特色食品加工作为一项重点转型项目,来推动农业产业化和助农增收。就特色食品加工在山西转型中所起的作用进行了分析。
Shanxi is a typical province of resource-based economy,under the current wave of China's economic development, the first priority is to ensure good environment, requiring the transformation of Shanxi's resource-based economy to develop, Shanxi provincial party committee and the provincial government issued the transformation scheme, among them, the development of special food processing in agricultural products is regarded as a key transformation item. This paper analyzes the role of characteristic food processing in the transformation of Shanxi province.
