摘要
从食品检测机构的性质、检测方向及地域分布三方面分析了我国食品安全监管的现状,并在此基础上分析了我国现行监管体系存在的问题,最后从强调食品安全监管"权责一致"、强化食品企业的社会责任及加强消费者、企业和政府之间的沟通三方面提出了解决问题的对策。
