摘要
医学教师专业成长有赖于有效机制的构建。国际化背景下医学教师专业化发展的有效机制包括五方面内容:以先进教育理念为引领,强调医学教师专业化发展的国际化方向;以教师教学发展中心为依托,创设医学教师个性化、多样化的培训机制;以积极心理学为基调,构建科学性与人文性相结合的医学教师管理机制;以教学团队为基点,构建医学教师专业成长的文化机制;以教师专业标准为标杆,构建医学教师发展性评价机制。
Medial faculty development relies on effective long-term mechanism. For medical faculty development in the setting of internationalization five components should be included: 1. Advanced education philosophy as a guide, while keeping up with the world; 2. Constructing individualized and multiple training mechanism depending on center for faculty development(CFD) ;3. Constructing medical faculty management mechanism with scientific and humanity principles based on Positive psychology;4. Constructing faculty development culture based on Teaching team;5. Constructing faculty development assessment based on professional criteria.
