摘要
医学院校教师培养模式在一定条件下决定了教师的类型与质量,制约着医学院校教师的发展,本文在解释“四型并进、五位一体”教师培养模式内涵的基础上,对医学院校教师的培养模式进行论述,并提出了医学教师培养模式的构建策略。
The training mode of medical college teachers determines the type and quality of teachers under some conditions, which restricts the development of medical college teachers, This paper first explains the meaning of "four-type, five-in-one" medical teacher training model, and then proposes strategies for constructing such model.
