摘要
在认真分析医学高等专科学校师资队伍现状的前提下,我们认为,目前学校师资队伍的建设,尤其是师资培训工作应以校本培训为主,明确校本培训的方向,建立有效的培训机制,设计合理的培训方式和培训内容,才能保证加快高学历师资队伍的建设进程,全面提高师资队伍的文化素养,更新教师的知识结构,提高师资队伍的素质,提升教师的执教能力,达到提高教学质量的目的。
For adapting to development and reforms of medical college, according to analysis of the structure of teaching staff in medical colleges at present, it is essentially to train teaching staff in their college.
