摘要
人才培养是高校可持续发展的重中之重,尤其是青年教师的培养。本研究旨在对本学科培养青年教师的措施、成效和反思做一简要介绍,以期抛砖引玉。
Talent training is the priority of sustainable development of universities, especially the training of young teachers. This paper aims at the training of young teachers of our discipline, achievements and reflection to do a brief introduction, in order to attract.
