中西结合儿科学青年教师作为新世纪教学的主力军,未来学术接班人,培养高素质中西结合儿科人才的有生力量,为了尽快胜任儿科学教学工作,提高儿科教学质量,应加强儿科学理论与实践的学习,具备良好的职业道德,掌握现代医学科学研究的基本方法,在实践中不断探索、不断提高,努力成为一名具有科学基础宽厚,专业技能扎实,创新能力强,发展潜力大,具有高水平的科研和教学能力的合格教师。
Young teachers in Pediatrics of integrated Chinese and Western medicine are the main teaching force in the new century,the future academic successors, the effective strength in training of high-quality talents of integrated Chinese and Western medicine Pediatrics.
