摘要
2012年开始,作为北京大学第一医院和加拿大皇家内科和外科医师协会合作后首批试点的住院医师培训项目,北京大学第一医院儿科对儿科住院医师培训体系,从教学管理、内容、方法和评估等方面进行了有益的探索,旨在吸收和借鉴国际上以"岗位胜任力"为导向的教学理念,探索适合我国国情的住院医师规范化培训体系。
Since 2012, Pediatrics Department of Peking University First Hospital has carried out the beneficial exploration in the field of teaching management, content, method and evaluation, as the first batch of pilot resident training program after the cooperation be- tween Peking University First Hospital and Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, so as to absorb and draw competency oriented medical education theory, to explore the resident standardized training system suitable for China national conditions, to pro- mote the improvement of resident training quality.
