摘要
目的:对某三级甲等综合医院2007年至2013年的医疗、教育、科研综合质量进行评价,为医院管理工作提供参考依据。方法:运用TOPSIS法和RSR法对该院医教研综合质量的评价结果进行排序和分档。结果:该院医教研综合质量的综合评价分档为"好"的是2013年、2012年、2011年,综合评价分档为"中"的是2010年、2009年,综合评价分档为"差"的是2008年、2007年,各组差异具有统计学意义。结论:该院坚持以医疗为中心、教育和科研为两翼协调发展,医教研综合质量整体呈上升趋势。
Objectives To evaluate comprehensive quality of medical, education and scientific research of an upper first-class hospital from 2007 to 2013 and to provide reference for hospital management. Methods Sorting and grading results of comprehensive quality evaluation of medical, education and scientific research by the combination of TOPSIS and RSR methods. Results The com- prehensive quality of 2013 to 2011 is good, the comprehensive quality of 2010 and 2009 is qualified,the comprehensive quality of 2008 and 2007 is bad, and the difference among 3 groups was statistically significant. Conclusions The hospital adhere to the coor- dinated development by making the medical work become the center,and making teaching and scientific research become the two wings. The overall medical, education and scientific research quality of the hosoital showed uoward trend.
