摘要
目的:对某市8家二甲综合性医院2012年肺炎单病种质量管理综合评价,为该市卫生行政部门及各医院领导横向比较医院间肺炎单病种质量管理提供可靠的依据。方法:应用TOPSIS及RSR分档法分析评价2012年8家医院肺炎单病种质量管理。结果:8家医院肺炎单病种质量管理中,综合评价为"好"的是九院、二院;综合评价为"中"的是六院、七院、开发区医院、三院;综合评价为"差"的是五院、四院。结论:运用TOPSIS及RSR分档法相结合进行综合评价,可直观、有效地反映各医院肺炎单病种质量管理情况。
Objectives：To comprehensively evaluate the single disease quality of the pneumonia of 8 top second-class hospitals in 2012 in a city and to provide reliable evidence on comparison of the single disease quality of the pneumonia across hospitals for health administrative department and hospital leaderships. Methods：The single disease quality of the pneumonia of 8 top second-class hospitals in 2012 was evaluated by TOPSIS and RSR methods. Results：No.9 and No.2 hospital’s quality of single disease of pneumonia quality management is good, No.6, No.7, No.3 and development district hospital’s quality is qualified, however, No.4 and No.5 hospital is bad. Conclusions：The combination of the TOPSIS and the RSR can reflect the evaluation of the single disease quality of the pneumonia between hospitals effectively and visually.
