摘要
目的综合评价江苏省2013-2016年初中生体质健康监测情况。方法数据资料来自江苏省学生体质健康监测系统,运用逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)结合秩和比法(RSR)对江苏省2013-2016年初中生体质健康监测系统的12项指标进行纵向评价和横向评价。结果纵向评价结果显示,2013-2016年的Ci值分别为0.382 0、0.555 1、0.660 7、0.605 3,江苏省初中生体质健康监测情况在2015年以前不断好转,2015年Ci值达到最高(Ci=0.660 7),2015年之后有所下降;横向评价结果显示,淮安、南京、宿迁的初中生体质健康监测为优秀,泰州、连云港、南通、盐城、常州、无锡、徐州、扬州的监测为良好,镇江、苏州的监测一般。结论 TOPSIS法结合RSR法能够反应初中生体质健康监测情况,可以在学生体质健康监测中应用,为进一步推动全省学生体质健康监测工作提供依据。
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the physical health monitoring for junior high school students by using TOPSIS and RSR in Jiangsu province from 2013 to 2016. Methods Data were acquired from Students Physical Health Monitoring System in Jiangsu.TOPSIS and RSR were performed to evaluate student physical health monitoring horizontally and longitudinally by analyzing 12 indicators in the collecting data. Results The longitudinal evaluation results showed that the Civalues were 0.382 0,0.555 1,0.660 7 and 0.605 3 each year from 2013 to 2016.The physical health monitoring for junior high school students in Jiangsu province continued to improve before 2015.In 2015,the Civalue reached its highest leve of 0.660 7,and then slightly decreased.The results of horizontal evaluation showed that the physical health monitoring for students from Huai′an,Nanjing and Suqian was excellent,for students from Taizhou,Lianyungang,Nantong,Yancheng,Changzhou,Wuxi,Xuzhou,Yangzhou was good and for students from Zhenjiang and Suzhou was just fair. Conclusions TOPSIS combined with RSR can be applied to evaluate the physical health monitoring for junior high school students which provides evidence for further promoting the physical health monitoring.
