摘要
阐述了千万吨级大型矿井高压供电多机驱动带式输送机对电气控制技术的要求,研究了多回路高压磁力启动器的设计特点及主要技术参数,并介绍了在同煤国电同忻煤矿井下的调试和应用情况,为高压供电下配有非电力软启动装置的大型带式输送机的控制提供了一种经济、可靠的技术途径。
The requirements of high voltage power supply multi-motor driving belt conveyor ot a ten-million-ton grade large-scale mine on electrical control technology were elaborated, the design features and main technical parameters of multiloop magnetic starter were researched, and the debugging and application situations in Guodian Tongxin Coal Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group were introduced, which provided an economic and reliable technical way to the control of large-scale belt conveyer equipped non-electrical soft starting device under the high voltage power supply.
