摘要
介绍了神华集团公司在安全高效成套综采设备研发方面的经验,分析并指出了液压支架采煤机、刮板输送机、转载机、破碎机、带式输送机以及工作面供电系统的研发重点和存在的问题。认为在设备研发过程中,国家应有鼓励政策,制定并颁布新的行业标准,要规范煤机市场,煤机企业要自主创新,要有自主核心技术。
On the basis of introducing Shenhua Group's experiences in the R/D of safer and more efficient whole-set fully mechanized coal mining equipment,this article makes an analysis of the key R/D activities and existing problems on hydraulic shield supports,coal cutters,scrapper conveyors,crushers,belt conveyors and face power feed systems.The article holds that the state government should formulate a set of encouraging policies accompanied by novel industrial standards.Besides,the government is to do its best to regulate the coal equipment market while coal equipment manufacturers should rely on their own innovation to form their own core technologies.
