摘要
皮带运输机重载起动期间对电网、皮带机和相关机械设备的冲击巨大。为了延长皮带机及相关机械设备的使用寿命,以及降低设备故障率,该文介绍皮带运输机重载软起动方法。在分析研究了重载起动的一般方法后,提出了交–交变频与调压调速混合型重载软起动的方法。分析了这种混合型重载软起动的实现原理。在此基础上建立了数学模型并进行了计算机仿真。仿真结果证明了该方法优于传统的起动方式,并且可以保证异步电机有效的起动力矩,因此现实运行。
Heavy-load start of belt conveyor usually brings tremendous strike to electric power network, belt conveyor itself and correlative mechanical equipments. This paper introduces a technique of soft start of belt conveyor under heavy load, which could extend the lifetime of belt conveyor and associated mechanical equipments, and reduce equipment failure rate. After discussion over common ways to achieve heavy-load soft start, this paper presents a hybrid method of soft start mixed AC-AC frequency conversion with voltage regulating to control speed. Several implementation principles of this hybrid way are deeply discussed , and a mathematical model is constructed . The simulation result shows that this hybrid way ensures asynchronous motor to offer an effective moment on starting, which is advantageous over traditional ways. The result also validates its feasibility.
