摘要
主要讨论使用一台变频器重载软起动多台交流异步电动机时所遇到的同步切换问题。借助锁相环(PLL)技术可以使交流电机从变频器切换到工频电源瞬间的电压的频率和相位不变 ,达到平稳切换的目的。切换过程中电机电流不超过其额定电流的 1.5倍。
This paper mainly refers to the synchronous switching encountered in soft starting of multi equipment with an inverter. Equal frequency and phase can be achived at the moment of switching from the inverter to the power line by phase locked loop technology for smooth switching. Maxim surge current keeps less than 150% of the rated current of the AC motor and maintain time is no longer than 20ms.
