摘要 针对现阶段矿井空气压缩机控制中存在的操控繁琐、劳动强度大以及能耗高、设备工作寿命低等问题,在变频控制技术的基础上设计了一种新型空压机集中控制系统,并进行了现场应用,结果表明设计的系统可以有效降低矿井空压机能耗、提升空气压缩机的利用率、增加设备的使用寿命、降低矿井生产投入,具有良好的安全效益及经济效益。 In view of the problems existing in the control of mine air compressor at present, such as complicated operation, high labor intensity, high energy consumption and low working life of equipment, a new centralized control system of air compressor is designed based on frequency conversion control technology, and field application is carried out. The results show that the designed system can effectively reduce the consumption of mine air compressor, improve the utilization rate of air compressor, increase the service life of equipment and reduce the input of mine production. It has good safety benefits and economic benefits.
