摘要
阐述了多机拖动带式输送机的功率平衡静、动态影响因素,提出了工程使用中相应的解决方法,分析了CST的功率平衡过程,进行了现场运行数据的实际研究,得出静态影响因素要在设计中严格控制、动态影响因素的解决取决于系统的响应速度、液粘传动难以达到要求等结论。
The paper stated the power balance static and dynamic influence factors of the belt conveyor with multi motor towing and proposed a related solution to the engineering application. The paper analyzed the power balance process of the CST. The paper had an actual study on the site operation data. The results showed that the static influence factors shall be seriously controlled during the design and the dynamic influence factors shall be depend on the reaction speed of the system. The hydraulic bonding driving is difficult to reach the requirement.
