摘要
为了提高余吾煤业有限责任公司大型矿井主运输强力带式输送机的运行可靠性,分析了双回路电气控制系统的设计特点,对移动变电站进行选型计算,研究了软启动器的控制功能及选型,介绍了3×500 kW强力带式输送机使用软启动器的调试情况,实践结果表明,余吾煤业强力带式输送机取得了可靠、稳定运行的效果。
In order to solve the operation reliability of the powerful belt conveyor Yuwu Coal Mining Company Ltd.in the main transportation system of the large coal mines,the paper stated the technical access and analyzed the design features of the double circuit power supply control system.An equipment selection calculation was conducted for the mobile transformer substation and the control function and the parameter selection of the soft starter was researched.The paper introduced the trial operation of the 3×500 kW powerful belt conveyor with the soft starter.The practice results showed that the powerful belt conveyor in Yuwu Coal Mining had achieved a reliable and stable operation effect.
