摘要
针对煤矿刮板输送机运输量大、启动频繁、易造成卡链和断链的特点,采用变频器系统对刮板输送机进行控制。以同煤浙能麻家梁煤业有限责任公司14402工作面为例,介绍了该工作面刮板输送机装备情况,分析了变频器主回路、控制回路和冷却系统,详细阐述了变频器系统参数设置流程和运行流程设计进行。实际使用表明,变频器系统克服了早期工作面刮板输送机生产效率不高、机电故障较多的不足,为煤炭生产提供了重要保障。
In view of the problems of coal mine scraper conveyor such as large transportation volume,frequent start-up,chain jam and chain breakage,frequency converter system was adopted to control the scraper conveyor.Taking 14402 working face of Tongmei Zheneng Majialiang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as an example,the equipment situation of scraper conveyor in this working face was introduced.The main loop,control loop and cooling system of the frequency converter were analyzed respectively,and the parameters setting process and operation process design of frequency converter system were described in detail.The practical application showed that the system overcame the shortcomings of low production efficiency and high mechanical and electrical faults of the frequency convertor in the early coal mining process,and provided an important guarantee for future coal production.
