摘要
为切实加强农村幼儿园教师的队伍建设,我国从2011年起开始实施“幼师国培计划”,该计划包括农村幼儿园教师短期集中培训、农村幼儿园转岗教师培训和农村幼儿园骨干教师置换脱产研修三个培训项目。研究者从实施效果、问题与不足、改进建议三方面对“幼师国培计划”进行了探讨。调查及研究表明,参加“幼师国培计划”的学员主要来自教育部门办园和县城幼儿园,且多数由园长直接指派;农村幼儿园转岗教师培训项目的效果显著低于其他两个项目;三个项目的实施效果均以培训评价维度最低。为此,研究者提出,应严格规范“幼师国培计划”的学员遴选工作;要给予农村幼儿园转岗教师培训项目更多的关注;要注意收集分析学员对培训项目的感受和意见建议,从而不断提升“幼师国培计划”的质量和效能。
To strengthen the team building of kindergarten teachers in rural areas, China, since 2011, started "National Training Project for Kindergarten Teachers". This training project includes mainly three training items which are short term training, training for reoriented teachers, and off job training for key teachers. The authors studied this training project from three aspects: effect, problems, and suggestions. The results show that the most participants are from public kindergartens and sent by the directors; the training for reoriented teachers in rural areas is significantly less effective than the other two items; the evaluation is the lowest of all dimensions for the three items. Based on the study, the authors suggest that the selection of participants should be strictly regulated; more attention should be given to the reoriented teachers in rural areas; and partici- pants' reflection and suggestions should be valued so that the quality of this training project can be further improved.
