摘要
农村学前教育质量提升的关键是师资能力的提升,本文通过分析当前农村幼儿教师专业发展需求,结合实践案例,探讨通过创新学前师资培训模式,构建基于互联网的农村学前教育师资能力提升平台的可行性。
The key to improve the quality of rural preschool education is to enhance teachers' capacity. In this paper, the analysis of the current rural preschool teachers' professional development needs, and combined with the practical cases, explore the innovation preschool teacher training model, based on the feasibility of Internet of rural preschool teachers' ability to enhance the platform.
