摘要
结合齐齐哈尔医学院药学院三导向人才培养模式,阐述以执业能力为导向的药学实验课程体系创新的必要性,构建模式与教学内容设计、教学方法改革、考核方式改革及实施效果,以达到培养社会需求的复合型应用型药学人才的目的。
Combined with the three-orientation talent cultivation mode of School of Pharmacy, Qiqihar Medical College, this paper expouds the necessity, construction mode and the design of teaching contents, teaching method reform, innovation ways of the examination, and the implementation effect of innovation of experimenal course system for pharmacy speciality by professional ability, in order to train the compound application type of pharmaceutical talents who the society needs.
