摘要
文章通过对执业能力、专业素质、岗位胜任力的解读,结合医学教育标准,依据专业素质的培养目标,对未来医生以执业能力为导向专业素质培养的教育体系进行阐述,从而达到培养合格医生的目的。
Through the interpretation of the professional ability, professional quality, post competency force, combining with the medi- cal education standard, on the basis of the professional quality training target, this paper elaborates on the education system to the fu- ture doctors as the guidance of professional quality and ability, so as to achieve the purpose of training qualified doctors.
